Daniel comments on BAFTA honour for Harry Potter
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts will honour the Harry Potter films with the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award during the 2011 BAFTAs on Sunday, 13th February 2011. Producer David Heyman and J.K. Rowling will attend the event to receive the award; Heyman and the three stars of the series, including Daniel Radcliffe, commented on the accolades.

I have loved every minute of making these films and to me the real heroes are the crew and the huge team of craftsmen that have made all eight of them possible - this Award is a testament to their incredible work.”source: bafta.org

Deathly Hallows Oscar update
Like I did post earlier, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was listed for an Oscar, but the list would be shorted. Now today, the nominees were annouced and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is still there! For Art Direction and Visual Effects. The Awards show will be on 27th February.
