New Indie Film project for Daniel
According to this article in Variety, Daniel is attached to star in an indie comedy entitled The Amateur Photographer , (1970's set) based on a novel by Christopher Monger. It's not clear yet when filming starts. When there is more info I'll post it here!
The 1970-set tale follows a young man who discovers his artistic calling after being drafted by the denizens of a sleepy little New England mill town to serve as photographer of their most intimate moments.

BAFTA 2011: Video acceptance Outstanding British contribution to cinema
David Heyman, J.K.Rowling, Alfonso Cuaron, David Barron, David Yates, Emma Watson, Mike Newell and Rupert Grint accepted the Outstanding British contribution to Cinema award at the BAFTA's yesterday. Daniel sadly wasn't there, he is currently busy with rehearsing in NY for his play How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying but, they showed a video montage which included some other actors and Daniel.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts will honour the Harry Potter films with the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award during the 2011 BAFTAs on Sunday,  13th February 2011. Producer David Heyman and J.K. Rowling will attend the event to receive the award; Heyman and the three stars of the series, including Daniel Radcliffe, commented on the accolades.
“I am thrilled that the Harry Potter film series is being honoured with this Award. I have loved every minute of making these films and to me the real heroes are the crew and the huge team of craftsmen that have made all eight of them possible - this Award is a testament to their incredible work.”
