The Trevor Project (August 2009- now) Donor

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. Daniel joined the 'Circle of Hope', a group of major donors. It's called 'Friends of Trevor' in 2012/2013/2014. In 2016 it's 'Impact Circle' and in 2020 he is a 'Silver' supporter.

The Michael Grandage company has it's own charity which started in 2013 and in 2014 it acquired registered charity status. It's dedicated to supporting the work of young theatre makers of the future. In 2017 it piloted a new scheme giving young people the opportunity to watch theatre. The Michael Grandage Company produced the play The Cripple of Inishmaan (2013/2014) in which Daniel played Billy Claven.
