New York Time Out photoshoot and interview

You’ve lived in New York before, when you were doing Equus on Broadway. What was your first impression of the city?[Actually] my first exposure to New York was coming here to do press for Potter from a young age. When I came over to do Equus, my experience was less of New York as a whole and more [about] Broadway. It was extraordinary and still is. I like to be around people who want to work hard, and that’s what you find yourself surrounded by [on Broadway]. My favorite thing to do is just to walk around the West Village, and everyone seems to be very cool there.
