Updated: The Woman in Black starts in September
It is announced earlier today that filming for Dan's supernatural thriller The Woman in Black would begin on September 26, 2010 at Pinewood Studios, the same location many scenes from the Harry Potter films, especially Deathly Hallows. Hammer Films, who is producing the movie, confirmed the start date via their official Twitter  (thanks snitchseeker.com)

Update: Total Film has more about The Woman in Black and Dan.
“We were doing auditions for my son yesterday which was bizarre,” the actor exclusively tells Total Film. “But it’s very exciting and James Watkins is fantastic. He might kill me for telling you this, but he’s actually started working with an acting coach to give him a better idea of how to approach stuff with actors.

“Which is a brilliant thing – I don’t know of any other directors doing that. He’s inspired and we’re uncannily on the same page about the film. We met and we agreed that this film is not a scary movie but a film about loss and family and grief.”

Daniel surprise guest at Movie-Con III
Daniel made a surprise guest appearance at this weekend's BFI Movie-Con III in London, where he spoke about the end of the Harry Potter series in Deathly Hallows, who he'd like to play if the series were brought to the big screen again, and working with director David Yates.

There is a Charlie Gray portrait session, photos not available online right now sadly. Also no other photos.

Daniel is on the cover of the August issue fromEntertainment Weekly, which is a new Harry Potter promo.
Radcliffe, meanwhile, seemed to be in a tug-of-war with himself about finishing his run as Harry Potter. “This film has been hard to make, and I’ve had some of the most trying moments, both physically and mentally, than ever before,” he said.

“I wasn’t entirely thrilled with my performance in Half-Blood [Prince] — I found it quite same-y, and didn’t think there was enough variation in it — so I’ve worked hard to make sure that if the seventh film comes out and I’m still unhappy with it, I’ll know it won’t be from lack of trying.”

Updated: Harry Potter Wrap party
The Harry Potter Wrap party is today, at the Leavesden Studios into London. There are already some pictures, I noticed via some sources, but well you all know that I don't post private and paparazzi photos. The ones going around are Daniel sitting in a car with his cellphone. I hope he had a great time.

Update: Chris Rankin via Twitter (thanks My Heart):
  1. although I love the pap pics of some soggy friends leaving the party, it's funny how inaccurate some of the press reports are :)
  2. the wrap party yesterday was made of awesome! Shame about the rain though...!
