Updated: Daniel Radcliffe to star in Guns Akimbo

Daniel has signed up to star in action comedy Guns Akimbo. Altitude Films and Occupant Entertainment will introduce the film to buyers at Cannes. Occupant Entertainment will produce the film and Altitude Films will executive produce along with Hyperion Entertainment. It's currently in pre-production and is written and directed by Jason Lei Howden.

Daniel will play lead character Miles, an ordinary guy who suddenly finds himself forced to fight a gladiator-like battle for a dark website that streams the violence for viewers. Miles must fight heavily armed Nix and also save his kidnapped ex-girlfriend.
