Telegraph has posted an interview with Stephen Merchant, the creative partner from Ricky Gervais (co-actor from Dan in Extras, 2006) And Dan was also mentioned:

Daniel Radcliffe remembers watching this dynamic at work when the Harry Potter star filmed his episode of Extras. 'Ricky is obviously much more of a showman,’ says Radcliffe. 'But you almost get the sense that he wouldn’t be able to do that without Stephen.'
